Keith McIntosh, Principal
Keith McIntosh brings over 16 years of experience specializing in real estate tax consulting on behalf of commercial property investors, owners, developers and occupants. The scope of his tax appeal work extends to jurisdictions throughout the United States and has generated over $2B in real estate assessment reductions.
In October 2008, Mr. McIntosh went into private practice, where he launched McIntosh & Associates, LLC, a Real Estate Tax Consulting Firm. McIntosh & Associates specializes in tax assessment appeals, review of income and expense filings, compliance analysis, due diligence for potential acquisitions, tax credits and technology to support these accountabilities.
Prior to launching McIntosh & Associates, LLC, Mr. McIntosh led the National Real Estate Tax Consulting Group at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE). At CBRE, Mr. McIntosh delivered substantial results to CBRE's clients, saving over $6 M in the first two years of this relationship.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. McIntosh focused on building his practice initially with PriceWaterHouseCoopers where he led a team of seven professionals. Early in his career, Mr. McIntosh was a principal partner in Property Tax Specialists, a firm later acquired by Coopers & Lybrand, LLP.
In addition to real estate tax expertise, Mr. McIntosh has developed various properties in Washington, DC market including the $40 Million-200,000 square foot mixed-use Tivoli Square redevelopment.
