Minturn Wright is the in-house legal counsel for McIntosh & Associates, LLC. He brings 20 years worth of legal experience in the real estate industry. Over his career, he has conducted real estate transactions, prosecuted tax appeals, argued zoning cases, and pursued real estate permits.
Minturn has the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with local tax jurisdictions in order to achieve our clients’ goals of reducing their tax burdens. Minturn’s responsibilities include managing and prosecuting all court level appeals.
Minturn is a member of the Bars of the District of Columbia and California, as well as federal district courts in California and D.C., the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Prior to joining McIntosh & Associates, LLC, Minturn was an attorney at Brincefield, Hartnett, & Kahn PC in Alexandria, VA. He served as the lead attorney in Washington, DC for this firm.
