Steve Sattizahn brings 26 years of experience in the property tax industry. His experience encompasses all aspects of the industry including complex real estate reductions and consulting.
On government contracts, Steve is employed directly by M&A to do property tax work in all Florida jurisdictions. Steve is the co-founder and CEO of Gulfstream Tax Group (“GTG”) located in Orlando, FL and Miami, FL. At GTG, Steve is supported by three other employees. GTG is the premier property tax advisory group specializing in providing a full service property tax program. Prior to founding GTG, Steven was a senior manager for the Property Tax group at Ernst & Young, LLP in Florida.
